1. Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


2. Accepted Cases

We accept returns if:

  • Wrong item is delivered
  • Product significantly differs from description

3. Non-Accepted Cases

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Item has been used
  • Differences are minor
  • Delivery falls within stated timeframe
  • Incorrect address was provided

7. Costs

  • Return shipping is customer responsibility unless our error
